JPAY is used as 'email' in the prison system. You can 'email' and send pictures

There is a JPAY app which makes life a bit easier.

You can purchase stamps on the app or web site. $5 for 20 stamps. $10 for 50 and $20 for 100.

Each JPAY is 1 stamp. You can prepay a JPAY stamp for your inmate. You can send up to 5 pictures per JPAY at the cost of 1 stamp a picture.

WHAT I WISH I KNEW: Please note, only single individual photos are permitted per submission. Collages or images containing multiple pictures are not accepted. I attempted to send screen shots but because they included thumbnails at the bottom they were not successfully delivered. It took me months to figure out why!
